From first plans to a local connection
Find your place.
Connect with its host.
We connect travellers with hosts proposing overnight stays, viewing-only spaces without an overnight stay, or both. You and the host agree the stay directly.
Now: paid waitlist from €5
Choose a one-time payment of at least €5 for directory development and an initial review of your requirements. We will review completeness, your preferred area and next steps by 30 November 2026. If we do not deliver that review by then, we will refund the full payment.
You can choose a higher amount for greater review priority: highest confirmed net payment first, then earliest confirmed payment for ties. This does not change bidding, open listings earlier or guarantee accommodation. Earlier free registrations remain valid.
The waitlist payment is not credited towards later access. You have 14 calendar days to withdraw; see the terms or contact us to request it. Paid-waitlist terms.
From 1 December: separate portal access
Browse photos, descriptions and general areas for free. Paid access unlocks exact addresses, starting prices and bidding.
| Option | Price and duration |
|---|---|
| Monthly | €23/month. Renews until cancelled; ends no later than 9 August 2027. |
| Event pass | €99 paid once. Access until 9 August 2027, with no renewal. |
Both options give the same access. You pay for the digital service; accommodation is separate and is not guaranteed.
Bidding until 2 July 2027
The host sets the starting price. Each bid must exceed the amount shown on the listing. Bidding and new access sales close at 00:00 CEST on 2 July 2027.
At closing, the host and winning guest receive their counterpart’s email and choose their communication channel and payment method. Winning does not form an accommodation contract or charge for the stay.
Agree and pay directly
Before committing, confirm the property, dates, capacity, total price, payment schedule, cancellations and any damage deposit with the host. Keep the agreement in writing.
The host supplies and supports the stay. NEXO APEX provides the digital service, charges no accommodation commission and does not receive or transfer accommodation payments.
Have a place to offer?

State dates, access hours, capacity and sightlines. You can start with a private draft. Complete the applicable property details and requirements before publishing. Publication is free through 30 November 2026, then €100 once per listing.
