Service and account

NEXO APEX, S.L. provides EclipseStay Spain, a directory with listing and bidding tools for the eclipse. You must be at least 18, provide accurate information and keep your password private. Email verification is required to publish or bid. We remain responsible for our own service and applicable duties. Company details.

Paid waitlist and initial review

New traveller registrations require a one-time payment of at least €5; you may voluntarily choose a higher amount, up to €500. This is payment for directory development and initial requirements review, not a donation or accommodation payment. Your selected amount is the total, including any applicable VAT, and Stripe displays it before payment. Paid enrollment is confirmed once payment is verified; opening or abandoning checkout does not confirm it. New checkouts must start before 30 November 2026 at 23:30 CET; open checkouts expire no later than portal opening.

We will collect your preferences and review whether your request is complete, your preferred area and next steps. We will deliver that review by email by 30 November 2026. If we do not deliver it by that deadline, we will refund the full payment. Choosing a higher amount does not promise an earlier response date.

The initial queue is ordered by confirmed net payment, highest first, after refunds. Equal amounts use the earliest confirmed payment first. Paid priority requires a valid payment of at least €5 net; refunded, reversed or disputed payments may lose it. Earlier free registrations remain valid, retain their original signup date and do not require a new payment.

This priority only organises initial requirements review and data collection. It does not change bid ranking, provide early listing access or guarantee a host, reservation or stay. Payment does not include, or count as credit towards, later €23/month access or the €99 pass.

At checkout, you expressly request that review may begin before the withdrawal period ends. You still retain the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of contract confirmation and receive a full refund, even if the review has already been delivered. We make no deduction for that review and apply no automatic withdrawal waiver. Request withdrawal or a refund.

Portal opening

Traveller access opens on 1 December 2026 at 00:00 CET. From then, photos, descriptions and general areas of available listings can be browsed free. The access purchases below are separate from the waitlist.

Paid access

Paid access unlocks prices, exact addresses and bidding on eligible listings. Choose €23 per month or a €99 event pass, paid once. Stripe shows the total payable amount in euros before confirmation. Access does not guarantee a suitable listing, a winning bid or accommodation.

Monthly access renews until cancelled and ends no later than 9 August 2027. Stop renewal through “Manage billing” in your account or by contacting us before the next charge. The event pass is a single payment, does not renew and ends on 9 August 2027. New access purchases and bidding close on 2 July 2027 at 00:00 CEST.

Host listing fee

Listings published by 30 November 2026 at 23:59 CET are free. After that, the fee is €100 once per listing. We charge no accommodation commission. A listing fee does not guarantee enquiries, bids or occupancy.

Bidding and contact

The host sets a starting amount for the whole stay on the listed dates. The first bid must exceed that amount; later bids must exceed the highest current bid. Check the dates, listing and amount before submitting. The server receipt time determines the deadline; after the first bid, the core stay details and offered price cannot be changed.

At closing, we share the winning guest’s and host’s email addresses only with their counterpart. Both parties choose their communication channel and payment method. Winning does not confirm a reservation or form an accommodation contract. The parties agree the dates, final price, cancellation terms, house rules, any damage deposit and payment.

Accommodation and payments

The named host supplies accommodation and is responsible for its lawful operation, capacity, condition, information, check-in and support during the stay. NEXO APEX does not collect, hold or transfer accommodation payments. Stripe processes only our waitlist, access and listing fees. We do not receive your card number. Access includes no insurance, damage guarantee, transport or event admission.

Withdrawal, refunds and support

For the paid waitlist, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of contract confirmation. Notify us before the period ends; we will return the payment through the same method, without fees, within 14 calendar days of receiving your decision. Other purchases retain their applicable rights, as explained below.

Statutory rights remain available, including the 14-day withdrawal right where applicable to an online service contract. Starting access does not automatically waive that right. To withdraw, send us a clear statement with your name, account email, purchase date and payment reference. No special form is required.

Where applicable, reimbursement follows the legal rules. For services other than this paid waitlist, any lawful proportionate charge for service already supplied requires the applicable information and express request for an early start. Ordinary monthly cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current period, subject to withdrawal and other mandatory rights. Support, billing errors and complaints.

You may use this optional template: “I withdraw from the [service name] purchased on [date], reference [reference]. Full name: [name]. Address: [address]. Email: [email]. Date: [date].” Add a signature if sending on paper. Any clear statement of your decision is also sufficient.

Listings and privacy

Hosts must have the right to offer the property and meet applicable local and registration requirements. Incomplete drafts remain private. Providing a registration number is not a certification by NEXO APEX. Exact addresses are restricted to users with paid access and the owner. Do not publish other people’s personal information or bypass access controls.

We may restrict fraudulent, unlawful or misleading accounts or listings and explain the reason where applicable. To report a listing or request review, send us its link and a description of the problem. Privacy information.

Earlier agreements

The earlier €200 deposit offer is closed to new purchases. Existing agreements retain their original terms; these terms do not retrospectively replace them. Original deposit terms.

Applicable law

Spanish law applies without removing mandatory protections in the consumer’s country of habitual residence. Jurisdiction follows applicable rules. No liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is excluded.
